I led the development of The Body Shop's 'Retail Design System' in collaboration with ForPeople, Mother, and The Body Shop's in-house team during their rebranding. This initiative notably enhanced the shopping experience, boosting in-shop navigability by 70%. We achieved this through engaging product signage, along with informative cards, and we also designed captivating window signage to elevate the overall retail environment.
