Gilead. Going Beyond Undetectable meeting was created to inspire physicians to go beyond an undetectable viral load as a measure of success, and consider the long-term health of people living with HIV. Attended by 427 delegates from over 40 countries, the meeting was designed in partnership with a scientific committee of 20 HIV experts to facilitate learning, debate and collaboration around the future of HIV. Working with DDB Worldwide, I created one of the campaign proposals designed to advertise the event.
We had to use an impactful visual language which would include a man presence. I decided to play with the HIV logo shape. I did rotate it in order to express a dynamic feel. The dynamism of a 'fully lived' life. Colours are flashy and attractive; a visual translation of important science discoveries to be discussed and understood. The vibrant man figure is used to emphasise even more the good life HIV cure can give to patients. A jump into new life perspectives.
I chose to use beautiful landscape photography, to enhance even more the 'new life perspectives' feel.
